Cv2Me Pty is seeking a flooring project manager to oversee commercial and domestic projects from quote to completion. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

You will prepare variations, costings, and maintain strong client relationships across Melbourne region projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in flooring, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a dynamic workload.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the flooring industry (domestic or commercial).
• Excellent attention to detail and customer relationship skills.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good computer skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Effective communication with clients, installers and subcontractors.
• White Card and Valid Driver's Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Quote new jobs and manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve outcomes.
• Place orders and coordinate logistics for site deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare variations to contracts.
• Prepare job sheets and costing for subcontractors.
• Liaise with builders and suppliers and build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support projects.

Job Description

Our client provides expert technical advice, design, supply and installation of all types of carpet, vinyl and timber flooring that meets the rigorous demands of commercial facilities. They provide the right flooring to suit each client's individual requirements.

In this position the successful applicant will be managing all aspects of each project for the Melbourne region, ensuring they are delivered on time and exceed client's expectations.

Our client is willing to consider applicants with experience in the domestic flooring industry who are interested in moving into the commercial side of flooring.

Responsibilities will include:

• Quoting new jobs
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes
• Placing orders
• Logistics for site deliveries
• Site inspections
• Preparation of variations to contracts
• Preparation of job sheets and costing for subcontractors
• Liaising with builders and suppliers in relation to projects
• Build and maintain long term client relationships
• Product knowledge

Requirements
