Job summary

White Light Electrical is seeking a project-focused flooring professional to manage Melbourne-area projects from quote to completion. The role emphasises client liaison, subcontractor coordination and timely site delivery, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in flooring (domestic or commercial), strong attention to detail, and robust communication skills. A White Card and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of flooring industry experience (domestic or commercial).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Effective communication with clients, installers and sub-contractors.
