Job summary

Cv2Me Pty is seeking an experienced project coordinator for flooring installations in NSW. The role involves managing all aspects of each project, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring on-time delivery with high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in flooring or related trades, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise workload while maintaining quality. A White Card and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in flooring (domestic or commercial).
• Excellent attention to detail and client-facing skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage workloads.

Responsibilities

• Quote new jobs and manage subcontractors/suppliers.
• Place orders and coordinate site deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare variations/ costing.
• Liaise with builders and suppliers; build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure project outcomes meet timelines.

Our client provides expert technical advice, design, supply and installation of all types of carpet, vinyl and timber flooring that meets the rigorous demands of commercial facilities. They provide the right flooring to suit each client's individual requirements.

In this position the successful applicant will be managing all aspects of each project for the Melbourne region, ensuring they are delivered on time and exceed client's expectations.

Our client is willing to consider applicants with experience in the domestic flooring industry who are interested in moving into the commercial side of flooring.

Responsibilities will include:

• Quoting new jobs
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes
• Placing orders
• Logistics for site deliveries
• Site inspections
• Preparation of variations to contracts
• Preparation of job sheets and costing for subcontractors
• Liaising with builders and suppliers in relation to projects
• Build and maintain long term client relationships
• Product knowledge

Requirements

The skills and experience you will need to be considered:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the flooring industry (either domestic or commercial)
