Geyer Valmont in Melbourne is seeking a Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from inception to handover. You will oversee a team of Contract Administrators and Site Supervisors, owning outcomes, margins and client relationships.
Responsibilities include planning, cost management, and developing your team while ensuring safety and compliance. A degree in Construction Management and 3–5 years D&C experience are preferred.

You'llmanage each project's financial performance - GP, cash flow, WIP and debtors - and be accountable for hitting margin.You'llkeep every project moving, from startup through handover, with real rigour.You'llbe the client's key point of contact, building the kind of relationship that brings them back for the next project. Andyou'lllead your Contract Administrators' development, mentoring them and stepping in to resolve disputes when they arise.
