Job summary

Reporting to the Solutions Support Manager, you will lead the Project Management and Administration teams, overseeing furniture, audiovisual and fitout projects from planning through installation and close-out.

You will work closely with customers, Sales, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience coaching and developing project/admin teams.
• Strong commercial experience across budgets, costs, margins and variations.
• Experience with project, CRM or order-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Project Management and Administration teams.

About The Role

Reporting to the Solutions Support Manager, you will lead and support the Project Management and Administration teams while maintaining oversight of furniture, audiovisual and tactical fitout projects. Working closely with customers, Sales, suppliers, installers, warehouses and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Project Management and Administration team members, supporting accountability, capability and engagement
• Allocate work, monitor team capacity and ensure priorities and responsibilities are clear
• Provide regular feedback, support performance discussions and identify development needs
• Act as the first escalation point for complex customer, delivery and project matters
• Oversee the project portfolio from handover and planning through to installation and close-out
• Ensure project scope, timelines, budgets, site requirements and customer expectations are clearly defined
• Strengthen project handovers and collaboration across Sales, suppliers, installers and internal teams
• Monitor project costs, purchase orders, variations, invoicing, gross profit and key risks
• Oversee administrative support and maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, systems and compliance requirements
• Drive consistent processes, continuous improvement and high standards of customer service

More About You

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through to completion
• Experience managing team performance, workloads, coaching and development across project and administrative functions
• Strong commercial experience across budgets, costs, margins, variations and supplier management
• Experience within furniture, audiovisual, fitouts or a related project environment is preferred
• Experience using project, CRM or order-management systems
• A confident, inclusive and supportive leadership style
• Ability to set clear expectations, build accountability and create a positive team culture
• Strong coaching, communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills
