Job summary

SEE Civil, part of SEE Group, seeks experienced Project Managers to join our civil construction teams delivering major road infrastructure in the South Coffs Harbour region. This full-time role focuses on programming, safety coordination, subcontractor oversight and technical delivery, within a collaborative, dynamic team.

Lead the project’s execution, mentor staff, manage budgets and ensure compliance with legislation and safety standards while driving project success and community impact.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering experience with demonstrated management and planning ability.
• Experience managing a project and maintaining focus on priorities.
• Proven ability to negotiate, evaluate and administer contracts.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and real project delivery.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills; ability to lead and influence others.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
• Construction White Card.

SEE Civil is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our high-performing construction teams delivering civil infrastructure projects across the South Coffs Harbour region.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead all aspects of a major road project, including programme management, safety coordination, subcontractor oversight, and supervision of technical delivery. You’ll play a key part in driving project success while working with a collaborative and dynamic team.

• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of Engineering principles and experience in actual project delivery.
• Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
• Construction White Card.
