Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects from Torbay to Plymouth. You will manage sites, sub‑contractors and stakeholders, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery across the South West region.

Essential: ECS and SMSTS, proven PM experience, strong communication and budgeting skills. NHS healthcare projects experience is a bonus. Permanent, full‑time role with a company van and a salary up to £60,000.

• Experience delivering commercial electrical projects
• NHS/healthcare experience highly desirable but not essential
• ECS card – essential
• SMSTS – essential
• Good understanding of electrical installations and construction processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next opportunity across the South West?

Our client is a well-established electrical contractor delivering a range of commercial projects across the Torbay to Plymouth area, and they are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

Experience working on NHS, healthcare and commercial/industrialprojects would be highly advantageous.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing electrical projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

• Managing electrical projects across the Torbay, South Devon and Plymouth areas

• Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion

• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

• Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
