Job summary

Talent Corp in Canberra is seeking an ICT Project Manager focused on Pega platform delivery to drive complex enterprise initiatives. You will manage end-to-end ICT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with governance and delivery milestones.

The role requires 3+ years in ICT project management, strong experience with system integrations, and the ability to communicate with senior management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects or programs involving Pega platforms.
• At least three years' experience as an ICT Project Manager or ICT Project Delivery Manager.
• Strong experience managing complex system integration projects and risks.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong project planning, governance, financial tracking, reporting and documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with senior management.
• Experience with Agile delivery and government ICT governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ICT project delivery across Pega platforms and system integrations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and documentation.
• Coordinate business and technical stakeholders to manage dependencies and progress.
• Prepare executive updates, financial reports and governance documentation.
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement across project teams.
