We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team and oversee all maintenance activities for a major drill and blast contract, supporting approximately 90 operational staff. This is a critical leadership role ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance strategies across our fleet and site infrastructure. You'll manage parts and services for a range of equipment, including but not limited to Caterpillar machinery and Sandvik drill rigs, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
