Job summary

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners invites applications for the Project Lead – Education and Training Quality to drive the education quality framework, governance, and assurance across GP programs in Australia.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Evaluation, Quality & Research, you will partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen quality systems, deliver improvement, and embed sustainable quality practices that support RACGP's mission and impact on general practice education.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading quality, governance, assurance or continuous improvement initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and governance reporting capabilities.
• Ability to analyse complex information, solve problems and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to influence positive change and drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of RACGP's education quality, governance and assurance framework.
• Manage quality reporting, continuous improvement processes and governance mechanisms with key business stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders, subject matter experts and committees to drive quality initiatives and support effective decision-making.
