Job summary

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a Senior Policy Officer – Quality Primary Care Teams to support policy and advocacy for GP-led multidisciplinary care in Australia. You will develop policies, advise stakeholders and prepare briefings on evolving issues, reporting to the Manager, Primary Care Teams & Advocacy Partnerships.

Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available nationwide, with a salary package up to $104,700 plus super and up to $15,900 for living

Qualifications

• Public health or policy qualification.
• Knowledge of the Australian health system.
• National health policy analysis and development experience.
• Policy advice, position statements and submissions experience.
• Strong research and evidence-based analysis.
• Excellent written and briefing paper skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Health guideline and resource development experience.
