McConnell Dowell is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support a major civil infrastructure project in metropolitan Adelaide. You will work embedded with the project team, delivering day-to-day HR operations including resourcing, onboarding and HR administration to a diverse workforce of employees, consultants and contracting partners.

Qualifications

• Recent HR coordination or administration experience, preferably in construction or a similar project-based environment.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and general HR administration.
• The ability to stay organized and manage changing priorities.
• A strong eye for detail and confidence working with HR systems, employee records and workforce data.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive operational HR support to project staff and leaders.
• Support project resourcing activities in partnership with the recruitment team, including applicant shortlisting, coordinating interviews, providing feedback on candidates and maintaining candidate communications.
• Administer onboarding, mobilisation and offboarding across the project workforce, including employees, consultants and contracting partners.
• Support project culture, engagement and wellbeing initiatives, activities and events.
• Support performance review processes and associated administration.
• Prepare workforce reports and support ongoing resourcing and workforce planning activities.
• Support HR audit requirements and maintain accurate project records.
