Job summary

Atom Resources seeks project engineers for major infrastructure projects across Sydney, Brisbane and North Queensland. You will join a team delivering high-profile civil works with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or related discipline and at least 4 years' project engineering experience on civil/rail/water projects. Strong IT skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum project engineering experience on civil/rail/water infrastructure.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• FRP, RC works, drainage, water and utilities experience preferred.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Safety-focused with thorough, technical approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage project processes efficiently according to company standards.
• Project programming and planning.
• Work with the project manager on site.
• Implement H&S procedures and maintain high standards.
• Liaise with key stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relations.
• Provide contract administration on site and liaise with the commercial team.

We are now looking to recruit a number of project engineers for major infrastructure projects in Sydney, Brisbane and North Queensland.

Requirements for this project engineer role include:

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years project engineering experience working on civil / rail / water infrastructure projects

• Strong IT skills that includes MS office suite
• Highly driven self starter with excellent communication skills
