Job summary

Lendlease is seeking multiple Project Engineers to join the NSW team and support the delivery of long-term projects across New South Wales. You will manage trade subcontractors and suppliers, develop construction programs, implement procurement strategies, and ensure quality and health and safety standards are met on site.

The role focuses on on-site delivery, coordinating design management, stakeholder liaison, and cost control across various project stages.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3–5 years of experience in construction, on large-scale building projects.
• On-site construction delivery experience, managing fit-outs.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management with problem-solving ability.

• Develop and manage medium and short-range construction programs.

We are currently recruiting multiple Project Engineers to join our team in NSW and support the delivery of multiple long-term projects in NSW.

In this position, you will play an integral role in managing trade subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Ideally 3 to 5 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large‑scale building construction projects. (I.e. Commercial, residential, defence and healthcare).
• Previous on‑site construction delivery experience, looking after building fitouts.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management etc).
• Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
