Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Richlands, Queensland, seeks a Project Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end capital projects, from concept to handover, and provide site engineering support to meet business requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a degree and 10+ years in manufacturing or operations, with FMCG/beverage processing experience and a proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to handover including scope, time, budget, risk and stakeholder management.
• Review proposals and designs to ensure optimal outcomes for CCEP.
• Plan and implement capital works and major maintenance to meet business performance.
• Develop accurate work specifications and manage external contractors effectively.
• Deliver timely project solutions for CCEP’s Supply Chain aligned with operations objectives.
• Provide technical support through site engineering as required.

Project Engineer - 12 month fixed term contract

About your new role…

We have a great opportunity to join our team in Richlands on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Engineering Manager in Queensland, you will work as part of a small collaborative team to provide effective end to end management of multiple capital projects. The role also provides site engineering support to meet business requirements.

Let’s talk about you…

• Degree qualified, ideally with experience in Factory Automation or Process Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing or operations sector
• Experience in FMCG, ideally within beverage processing and packaging
• You will have experience in complex projects including exposure to the different aspects of the project life cycle
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and influencing multiple level stakeholders

What will you be doing?

• Manage Projects from concept to handover including scope, time, budget, risk and stakeholder management
• Apply technical knowledge and experience to the review of proposals and designs to ensure optimal outcomes for CCEP
• Evaluate, Plan and implement capital works and major maintenance (capital) work to meet or improve business performance.
• Optimise the use of external resources on tasks through the development of accurate specification of work, effective contractor management, supervision and planning.
• Deliver timely solutions to projects for CCEP’s Supply Chain in line with the operations objectives
• Work with site engineering providing technical support as required

Qualifications / Licences

• Degree qualified, ideally with experience in FMCG Factory Automation or Process Engineering.
• Recognised Project Management post graduate qualification would be well regarded
