Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading end-to-end capital projects and turnkey solutions.
- Strong CAD/SolidWorks mechanical design skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
Responsibilities
- Plant reliability leadership using RCA/RCM and defect elimination.
- Identify, scope, justify, and deliver engineering projects to enhance plant capability and cost performance.
- Balance asset strategy, capital planning, and continuous improvement for whole‑of‑life performance.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement and OHS teams, plus external clients and subcontractors.
