Responsibilities

• Plant reliability leadership using RCA/RCM and defect elimination.
• Identify, scope, justify, and deliver engineering projects to enhance plant capability and cost performance.
• Balance asset strategy, capital planning, and continuous improvement for whole‑of‑life performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement and OHS teams, plus external clients and subcontractors.

About You

We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to lead reliability, maintenance strategy, and capital projects at our West Footscray facility. About the Role

Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will serve as the technical backbone of our manufacturing operations. Your primary objective is to enhance safety, quality, and overall equipment efficiency through continuous improvement and structured methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Reliability: Provide technical leadership in asset reliability utilising RCA (Root Cause Analysis), RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), and defect elimination.
• Capital Projects: Identify, scope, justify, and deliver engineering projects that enhance plant capability, capacity, and cost performance.
• Asset Strategy: Balance long-term asset strategy, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise whole-of-life performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal Manufacturing, Procurement, and OHS teams, as well as external clients and subcontractors.
