Job summary

Fenner Conveyors, a Michelin Group Company, is recruiting process machine operators for its West Footscray facility. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers full training within a growing team.

Permanent day-shift positions run Monday to Thursday with potential overtime and career progression. Applicants should hold a current forklift licence, have manufacturing and machine operation experience, and be physically fit to pass a medical clearance and drug/alcohol screen.

About The Role

We are currently seeking process machine operators to join our growing team at our West Footscray facility. The role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, where you will be required to work as part of a team to deliver excellent results. Full training is provided and it is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within the Michelin group.

What’s on Offer

• Permanent role, day shift work from Monday to Thursday
• 10 - 12 hours each shift, penalty rates apply to overtime

You would:

• Hold a current Forklift licence
• Manufacturing and machine operation experiencepreferred
