Fenner Conveyors is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Melbourne-based finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role blends management accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership to drive business performance.

You will oversee budgeting and forecasts, monitor site performance, and collaborate with auditors and tax advisors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, including leadership, with strong Excel skills and CPA/CA qualifications desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA qualification highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel with solid understanding of accounting standards.

Aufgaben

• Analyse budget and forecast reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company guidelines and expectations.
• Assist in the annual budget process, providing guidance and support to managers for accurate budget development.
• Analyse financial results for individual locations against budget/forecast and assist managers in decision-making.
• Distribute monthly financial reports for individual sites; prepare and present operational forecasts.
