Qualifications

Experience in project engineering or project management within industrial, mechanical, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, controls, or related industries.
Strong technical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting installation, commissioning, or maintenance activities.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver industrial refrigeration and sustainability-focused projects.
Support the design, installation, commissioning, and handover of refrigeration systems.
Drive project outcomes to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Coordinate internal and external project resources to achieve key milestones.
Monitor project financial performance and maintain accurate forecasting.
Provide regular project updates to customers and senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Champion a strong safety culture across all project activities.
