You will work closely with experienced Engineers, Project Managers and Service Teams to support the design, delivery and ongoing optimisation of industrial refrigeration solutions for leading Australian businesses.

This graduate role offers structured training, hands-on project exposure, and mentorship, with opportunities to develop in areas from design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering with strong maths and physics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to interpret technical data and drawings.
• Current Australian driver's license and full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering calculations and refrigeration system design.
• Support preparation of estimates, tenders, and project proposals.
• Evaluate existing refrigeration systems and identify improvements.
• Participate in project management activities including procurement and scheduling.
• Assist with cost control and on-time project delivery.
• Contribute to risk assessments, safety planning, and compliance.
• Develop knowledge of Australian and international standards across projects.
• Prepare drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and other tools.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and technical assessments.
• Prepare clear client reports and support commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with Service team to deliver technical solutions and continuous improvement.
