Job summary

Coleman Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Project Engineer for formwork major projects. You will support high-rise construction delivery, coordinate formwork activities, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure milestones are met.

Ideal candidates have civil/structural/CM qualifications and 2–5+ years with a subcontractor, with strong coordination and communication skills. Sponsorship is available for suitable overseas applicants in Sydney or arriving soon.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong formwork and concrete structures experience – essential.
• 2–5+ years' post-graduate experience with a subcontractor.
• Experience working on high-rise or large-scale building projects.
• Programming and coordination of works.
• Contract administration experience.
• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Program and coordinate formwork and associated works across projects.
• Support contract administration and subcontractor liaison to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
