Job summary

Transform Formwork Contractors Group Pty Ltd – Wetherill Park NSW is seeking a Site Engineer – Formwork to coordinate and oversee on-site technical activities, ensure plan accuracy, and support seamless project flow.

The role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication across site and office, and the ability to manage drawings, safety standards, and trades while maintaining documentation and quality control.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer software: Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD experience is advantageous—but not essential.
• Driver Licence (preferred).
• White Card.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and subcontractors.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Forecast: Proactively coordinate and schedule all technical activities on site to ensure seamless execution and project flow.
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with different teams (site and office) throughout the planning, build, and wrap-up stages to promote seamless integration across all phases.
• Documentation Oversight: Take charge of project documentation—keeping records meticulously organised, current, and accessible.
• Technical Detailing & Problem-Solving: Apply your technical skills to refine detailing and navigate challenges effectively, ensuring efficient outcomes.
• Interpretation: Analyse specifications, drawings, plans, and construction methodologies to keep all project stages aligned with standards and expectations.
• Quality Control on Site: Monitor the implementation of technical aspects, conduct testing, and uphold rigorous safety and quality checks to maintain the highest standards.
• Team Coordination: Assist with coordinating and managing trades on site, collaborating closely with team members to maintain smooth operations.
