Job summary

Bluescale, a leading boutique MSP in NSW, Australia, is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver IT projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, security and networking. You will work with the Project Manager, Service Desk, Pre-Sales and customers to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with high quality.

You will engage in solution design input, technical implementation and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting clients across SMB and NFP sectors in NSW.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering IT infrastructure or cloud projects.
• Experience within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Proficient in Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and/or VMware).

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of IT projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud infrastructure, security, networking and modern workplace technologies. Working closely with our Project Manager, Service Desk, Pre-Sales team and customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You'll enjoy a mix of technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, solution design input and continuous improvement initiatives.
