Job summary

Sedgman GmbH is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer based in Brisbane to support major mineral processing projects across Australia. You will coordinate electrical work packages, manage contractors, and drive delivery from construction through commissioning, with regular site travel to support execution and stakeholder engagement.

You will work within an EPC/EPCM environment, collaborating with engineering, procurement and site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' Project Engineering experience.
• Contractor and subcontractor management experience.
• Exposure to mining, mineral processing, power generation or heavy industry projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Construction and commissioning experience.
• Commercial and contract administration exposure.

At Sedgman, we're delivering some of Australia's most significant mineral processing and resource projects, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our growing project delivery team.

Based in Brisbane, you'll support the delivery of major mineral processing and resource projects across Australia. Working closely with engineering, construction and commissioning teams, you'll play a key role in delivering electrical project outcomes from construction through to commissioning, with regular site travel to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.

This is an opportunity to work within a business that delivers end-to-end EPC/EPCM solutions and gives project engineers exposure to the full project lifecycle.
