Join us as a Project Delivery Standards Lead and shape how projects are delivered across a major portfolio of strategic programs. You'll lead the development and continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, standards, templates and tools, ensuring they are practical, scalable and aligned with industry best practice and NSW Government assurance requirements. Working across multiple portfolios, you'll provide expert advice, support assurance reviews and help uplift project delivery capability across the organisation.
You're a highly experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in developing and embedding delivery frameworks within complex organisations. You can translate project management theory into practical, fit-for-purpose standards and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, coaching delivery teams and driving continuous improvement. You bring a balance of governance, assurance and delivery expertise, with the ability to improve project outcomes at scale.
