• Lead development and continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, standards, templates and tools.
• Provide expert advice, support assurance reviews and uplift capability.
• Coordinate across multiple portfolios to align with best practice and NSW Government requirements.
• Coach project managers and business analysts to improve outcomes at scale.
