In this role, you'll:
Work within a dedicated team responsible for assessing and developing solutions to address transport and traffic impacts arising from major transport infrastructure projects.
You will coordinate key program management activities, including governance, reporting, performance monitoring, and the management of risks, issues, and key milestones as well as drive the development and continuous improvement of reporting, planning, and program management processes
You will ensure robust controls, improved visibility, and effective delivery across the program portfolio. Partnering with project teams and stakeholders, you will provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making and the achievement of strategic objectives.
You will play a key role in improving program efficiency and performance within a complex, fast-paced environment characterised by multiple concurrent transport projects. Through effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement, you will help ensure projects remain aligned with strategic objectives and delivery commitments.
Your demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder management will enable you to provide high-quality support across planning, reporting and program delivery. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate project information, and support decision-making processes will contribute to the successful delivery of major transport programs.
Experience coordinating complex transport or infrastructure programs, supporting governance activities, monitoring delivery performance, and facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret project information, monitor risks and dependencies, and provide actionable insights that support program outcomes.
Proven ability to develop and continuously improve reporting and planning frameworks and processes that enhance program visibility, support decision-making, and contribute to efficient and effective program delivery.
Tertiary qualifications in traffic engineering, transport planning, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
