Job summary

Central Steel Build is seeking an organised and proactive Project Delivery Lead to drive successful completion of multi‑discipline steel building projects. You’ll coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep milestones on track.

In this hands‑on role you will manage schedules, budgets and documentation, identify risks early and coordinate practical solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and teams.
• Strong planning, scheduling and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project schedules, timelines and delivery milestones
• Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding project progress, site access and key updates
• Coordinating installers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and following up outstanding actions to keep projects on track
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, records and reporting
• Assisting with project variations, scope changes and project administration
• Identifying potential risks, delays and issues and helping coordinate solutions
• Supporting project budget tracking and financial reporting
• Ensuring permits, documentation and site requirements are ready for project delivery
• Contributing to safe, compliant and successful project outcomes
