Job summary

BlueScope Distribution in WA seeks a Project Administrator (Steel Products) to join the Sales and Accounts Team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coordinate projects, track milestones and liaise with customers and vendors to deliver on time and to specification.

You will work with Business Development Managers, Project Managers and Operations to gain broad exposure across the project lifecycle and build project management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, Customer Service or similar role.
• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or project delivery environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer projects to ensure milestones and delivery commitments are achieved.
• Create, maintain and monitor project schedules, tracking tools and reporting documentation.
• Support sales and production order management with accurate status updates.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, dispatch, procurement and external vendors to meet project requirements.
• Assist with quality assurance activities, audits and project documentation.
• Conduct customer and vendor site visits to support project delivery and engagement.
