Job summary

Polygon Joinery Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Administrator to join its Melbourne-based team in Dandenong South. This permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) focuses on scheduling, progress monitoring and coordinating resources to keep cabinetry projects on time and on budget.

You will liaise with management, designers, suppliers and contractors, maintain project documentation, and provide timely information on progress, variations and delivery issues to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or higher in PM/Business Administration/Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in project administration/coordination or similar role; construction/joinery experience valued.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, contractors, resources and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, milestones and resource allocation for cabinetry projects.
• Coordinate activities between management, designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, material requirements and variations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (work orders, plans, progress reports, schedules).
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to respond to enquiries and changes to project requirements.
