Job summary

Polygon Joinery Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based joinery and cabinetry business, is seeking a Project Administrator to drive project delivery. You will develop schedules, monitor progress and coordinate resources, guiding each custom cabinetry project from planning through to completion.

Working with management, designers, production and suppliers, you will keep programs on time and within budget, prepare progress reports, manage variations and respond to client enquiries to ensure smooth installation

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or higher in Project Management or related field is required.
• Experience coordinating schedules, resources and documentation in project environments.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, milestones and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities between management, design, production, suppliers and installers.
• Monitor budgets, materials, and expenditure; identify delays and variations.
• Prepare, maintain and review project documentation including work orders and progress reports.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to respond to enquiries and coordinate changes.
