Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team is seeking a Project Coordinator to support successful delivery of diverse government and commercial projects. You will assist Project Managers across fit-out, refurbishment and infrastructure initiatives with national reach.

Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, schedules, procurement and reporting while maintaining project budgets and risk registers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Procore.
• Experience coordinating documentation, scheduling, procurement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, execution and delivery of projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, scheduling, procurement and reporting.
• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, risk registers and weekly progress reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Assist in preparation of project budgets, documentation and scope management.
• Ensure compliance with project controls, standards and safety.
