Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Project Coordinator for a Design & Construct fit out contractor in Melbourne CBD. You will coordinate project delivery, review subcontracts, and support Project Managers.

The role offers mentoring, hands-on training, and a collaborative team culture, with salary up to AUD 120k plus super for a candidate with 1–3 years of experience. This is a site-based role with growth opportunities across Australia.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in commercial fit out with a head contractor.
• Experience on projects valued up to $5M.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Solid time management and ability to work full time.
