Bluestone in Melbourne is seeking a capable professional to support the delivery of commercial fit out projects across Melbourne's CBD. You will gain exposure to both pre-construction and project delivery, covering the full lifecycle of complex live-environment projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction or fit-out is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Let and vet subcontractor packages.
• Track and monitor project budgets and costs.
• Coordinate design and documentation.
• Assist with project programming and coordination.
• Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reporting.

About the Company:

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the delivery of commercial fit out projects across Melbourne's CBD.

The role provides exposure to both pre-construction and project delivery, allowing you to gain experience across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Let and vet subcontractor packages
• Track and monitor project budgets and costs
• Coordinate design and documentation
• Assist with project programming and coordination
• Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reporting
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
