Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis, assisting Project Managers across commercial fit-out projects valued up to $2M. The role supports day-to-day delivery in both office and site environments, ensuring subcontract activity and documentation stay on track.

You will coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, track progress, and help keep works aligned with programme and budget, supporting multiple projects across

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial fit out with a head contractor.
• Experience supporting projects valued up to $2M.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Availability to work full time for the duration of the contract.

Our client is an established Design & Construct fit out contractor delivering high-quality office and medical projects across Australia.

They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Melbourne team on a contract basis, supporting experienced Project Managers across commercial fit out projects valued up to $2M.

This is an opportunity to broaden your project delivery experience within a supportive, hands-on team.
