Job summary

Bonebridge Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator/Clinical Support to implement HQ-driven projects in Training, Education, CRM, and Quality Management. You will shape education strategies, create materials, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with the EVP.

You will support customers in NSW and across Australia, maintain stakeholder relationships, manage SOPs, and feed the CRM with visits and contacts.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up an education strategy for internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with the EVP and execute it according to company guidelines.
• Create and implement training materials to support continuous education.
• Coordinate implementation of HQ driven projects such as QM (ISO9001 certification), warehousing (GUS), surgeon education and CRM.
• Support existing customers in NSW and support activities all over Australia from time to time.
• Maintain relations to all relevant stakeholders on customer side (buyers, surgeons, medical staff).
• Execute all necessary field actions according to the guidelines of QM&RA.
• Feed the running CRM by maintaining (create or edit) contacts, hospitals and visit reports.
• Support the implementation and maintaining of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Project Coordinator/Clinical Support role focused on implementing headquarter driven projects, specifically Training and Education, Customer Relationship Management, and a Quality Management System. The role involves improving employee knowledge of trauma fixation from a principled, engineering point of view.

Key responsibilities

Set up an education strategy for internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with the EVP and execute it according to company guidelines

Coordinate implementation of HQ driven projects such as QM (ISO9001 certification), warehousing (GUS), surgeon education and CRM

About you

Good knowledge of the Bonebridge Systems such as Education, Quality Management, GUS (warehousing), Jira, Confluence

At least 2 years of professional experience

Engineering degree or equivalent experience

Very good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and highly organised

A valid driving license

Multiple languages preferred (German a big plus to communicate with headquarter)
