What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and coordinate major construction activities from early planning to completion
  • Own project schedules, budgets and documentation that support high quality delivery
  • Work closely with Project Managers to maintain time, cost and quality outcomes
  • Mentor junior coordinators and contribute to a positive, high performing site culture
  • Partner with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve efficient project delivery

What You Bring
  • Degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline
  • 7 years or more experience in project coordination or management within construction
  • Demonstrated capability delivering large scale projects valued from $150 million and above
  • Background within apartments, commercial, health or data centre environments
  • Strong organisational capability and sound prioritisation
  • Confident communicator with proven leadership strengths
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing strongly to the project team
  • Familiarity with industry project management tools and systems
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, compliance and regulatory frameworks
