Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Controls System Administrator in Brisbane to support and maintain project control systems (LinkedSite, LinkedOffice, SEO), covering requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting.

You will train stakeholders, support cost control, month-end reporting, forecasts, and assist with claims and modifications, leveraging SAP ERP and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ACCIONA, as part of the CoastalTraX consortium, is delivering design and pre-construction works ahead of major construction from mid-2027, supporting the region's growth and the Brisbane 2032 Games. *LinkedSite and LinkedOffice are purpose built ACCIONA systems.* **About Opportunity** Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you'll support and maintain project control systems including LinkedSite, LinkedOffice and SEO, covering requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting. You'll train and support project stakeholders, including subcontractors and partners, in using these tools correctly.
