Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support a major greenfield rail project in South East Queensland. You will manage project control systems, including LinkedSite and LinkedOffice, covering requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting.

You will train stakeholders in these tools, assist with cost control, month-end reporting and forecasting, and work with the commercial team on improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Office Suite, SAP ERP and Power BI skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Maintain and support project control systems and data integrity.
• Deliver training on LinkedSite and LinkedOffice to stakeholders.
• Manage month-end reporting and keep records current.
• Support cost control procedures and project forecasting.

Project Info

The Wave Stage 1 will deliver 19km of dual-track heavy rail between Beerwah and Caloundra, connecting the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane for the first time. ACCIONA, as part of the CoastalTraX consortium, is delivering design and pre-construction works ahead of major construction from mid-2027, supporting the region's growth and the Brisbane 2032 Games. LinkedSite and LinkedOffice are purpose built ACCIONA systems.

About Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you'll support and maintain project control systems including LinkedSite, LinkedOffice and SEO, covering requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting. You'll train and support project stakeholders, including subcontractors and partners, in using these tools correctly. The role includes cost control support, month-end reporting, and identifying process improvements, working closely with the commercial team and the regional Project Controls Manager.
