Job summary

ACCIONA in Australia is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support and maintain project control systems such as LinkedSite, LinkedOffice and SEO, including requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting.

You will train stakeholders, assist with cost control procedures and month-end reporting, and work closely with the commercial team to drive improvements and support audits.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or degree in business, finance or accounting.
• Experience or an understanding of cost control would be beneficial.
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Office Suite, SAP ERP and Power BI skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Deliver training on LinkedSite and LinkedOffice to stakeholders.

Project Info

The Wave Stage 1 will deliver 19km of dual-track heavy rail between Beerwah and Caloundra, connecting the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane for the first time. ACCIONA, as part of the CoastalTraX consortium, is delivering design and pre-construction works ahead of major construction from mid-2027, supporting the region's growth and the Brisbane 2032 Games.

LinkedSite and LinkedOffice are purpose built ACCIONA systems.

About Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you'll support and maintain project control systems including LinkedSite, LinkedOffice and SEO, covering requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting. You'll train and support project stakeholders, including subcontractors and partners, in using these tools correctly. The role includes cost control support, month-end reporting, and identifying process improvements, working closely with the commercial team and the regional Project Controls Manager.
