Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to lead all project controls activities across the Wyaralong project, delivering strategic oversight of performance and owning the integrated baseline programme, cost control, forecasting and risk management. You will guide a team and provide direct advice to the Project Director to enable timely, confident decisions.

The role requires extensive experience in infrastructure project controls, a strong command of Primavera P6, Excel and Power BI, and

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project controls leadership on complex infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel and reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, risk and change control.
• Experience within water or wastewater infrastructure highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls framework, systems and governance.
• Own the integrated baseline programme and progress measurement.
• Manage cost control, forecasting, cash flow and EAC reporting.
• Lead risk, opportunity and change control processes.
• Deliver performance reporting and analysis to project leadership.
• Lead and develop the project controls team.
• Integrate planning, procurement and construction interfaces.

About the Opportunity

As Manager, Project Controls, you will lead all project controls activities across the Wyaralong project, working closely with the Project Leadership Team to provide strategic oversight of performance. You will own the integrated baseline programme, cost control, forecasting and risk management, leading a team of project controls professionals and driving governance across planning, scheduling, change and reporting. You will provide direct advice to the Project Director, identify risks and opportunities early, and ensure controls data underpins confident, timely decision-making across the project.

What capability and experience will you need to have:
