Job summary

• Review engineering documentation, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Support procurement, resource planning, and authority approvals.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, site supervisors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead by example in maintaining a strong safety culture across the project team.

Required Skills and Competencies

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Several years experience within construction, civil, or infrastructure projects – Structures experience desirable.
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Sound understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
