Job summary

TBH, one of Australia’s largest privately owned consultancies, is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Consultant in Sydney. You’ll develop and maintain schedules, analyse data for insights, and support client deliverables across energy, water, defence, and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Architecture, or Business.
• 2–5 years’ post-graduate planning experience in construction, infrastructure, defence or related sectors.
• 1–2 years site experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office; Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project plans and contribute to project delivery as directed by senior team.
• Analyse and interpret data, prepare reports and present insights for decisions.
• Develop, review and maintain project schedules, validating third‑party programmes.
• Support planning activities including cost and resource loading and progress updates.
• Prepare client deliverables, reports, analyses and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with team members and client stakeholders via clear communication.
• Apply project controls methods to identify issues and drive solution‑oriented outcomes.
• Support integrated project controls: cost, schedule, risk, and dashboard reporting.
