Job summary

Turnkey Engineering in NSW seeks a Project Controller to lead planning, budgeting and financial oversight across multidisciplinary projects. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, finance teams and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

You will develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models; monitor performance; prepare regular reports; and ensure compliance. A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, and onsite work in NSW is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and analyzing project finances.
• Experience in project planning, monitoring and control.
• Experience preparing financial and project performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor project financial performance and report to project managers and leadership.
• Analyse variances between budgeted and actual costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Identify and communicate risks and issues that may impact timelines and budgets.
• Prepare regular financial and project performance reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct data-driven insights to support decision-making and improvements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and collaborate with compliance teams.
