Job summary

The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking an experienced Course & Program Coordinator – Training to join our Member Services team in Melbourne. You will oversee the administration, delivery and continuous improvement of a broad range of training programs, including accredited and government-funded initiatives, corporate learning solutions and digital learning programs.

You will work closely with facilitators, clients and government stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating training programs or government-funded initiatives.
• Experience preparing reports and program performance documentation.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training environments.
• Ability to manage learning resources and content reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training courses, programs and funded initiatives.
• Support program administration, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare government reports and program documentation.
• Manage training resources, learning materials and content governance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to review and improve learning content.
• Onboard facilitators and manage contractors; ensure quality assurance.
• Build relationships with members, clients, industry partners and government stakeholders.
• Monitor feedback, outcomes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support training contracts and funded program delivery.
• Contribute to operational excellence and innovative learning solutions.
