Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Programming and Scheduling Officer to coordinate maintenance programs that ensure safe, efficient and reliable delivery of civil services across the region.

You will convert inspection results, defect data and customer requests into prioritised work programs, partnering with operations to plan, schedule and deliver maintenance activities. A diploma/degree in IT, data analytics or asset management is preferred, with BI/data analytics credentials highly regarded.

Qualifications

  • Must have knowledge of asset maintenance, inspections and risk-based prioritisation.
  • Experience using asset/maintenance or ERP systems to manage operational activities.
  • Ability to analyse data and develop maintenance programs and resource plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the programming and scheduling function to support maintenance delivery and operational outcomes.

  • Coordinate GIS and spatial information requirements across operational asset groups.

Job description

Join City of Moreton Bay as a Programming and Scheduling Officer and play a key role in coordinating maintenance programs that support the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of civil infrastructure services across our growing region.

As a Programming and Scheduling Officer, you will transform asset inspection outcomes, defect data and customer requests into prioritised work programs, partnering with operational teams to ensure maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled and delivered.

You will have the opportunity to;

lead the programming and scheduling function to support maintenance delivery and operational outcomes.

assess, prioritise and schedule asset defects and maintenance activities.

coordinate GIS and spatial information requirements across operational asset groups.

We are seeking someone who is organised, analytical and customer-focused, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver operational outcomes. you will haveexperience in maintenance planning, scheduling, works programming or operational coordination within an infrastructure, utilities or asset management environment.

You will bring;

  • knowledge of asset maintenance, inspections, risk-based prioritisation and service levels
  • experience using asset, maintenance or ERP systems to manage operational activities
  • the ability to analyse data and develop maintenance programs and resource plans
  • strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • experience with GIS, spatial data or asset information systems (desirable).

You will a have a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Systems, Asset Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline; or significant demonstrated experience.

Acertification in business intelligence, data analytics, asset management systems or project management highly regarded.
