Tarkine Consulting Group is engaged with a general insurer in Australia, migrating its personal lines onto Duck Creek while a major ownership change unfolds. We are seeking a Program Test Manager to own the test strategy and governance across the Duck Creek platform and related data migration streams.

You will coordinate multiple delivery partners and senior stakeholders across organisations, ensuring test readiness, defect management and go-live assurance within a remote, Australia-wide program.

Qualifications

• Proven Program Test Manager experience on large-scale, multi-vendor delivery programs.
• Direct experience with Duck Creek in a general insurance environment.
• Experience testing platform migrations, technology carve-outs, or large-scale system separations.
• Comfort operating across executive and steering-committee stakeholders.
• Strong general insurance domain knowledge (policy, billing, claims).

Tarkine Consulting is working with a general insurer that's mid-way through migrating its personal lines (motor and home) book onto Duck Creek, alongside a significant ownership change with a major insurance partner. We're looking to engage a Program Test Manager to lead test strategy and delivery across the program.

The role

You'll own program-level test strategy and governance across the Duck Creek platform – Policy, Rating, Billing, Claims and Clarity – while also picking up a genuine data migration and financial reconciliation stream created by the parallel ownership change. You'll be coordinating multiple delivery partners and senior stakeholders across more than one organisation, reporting into a program office spanning both sides of the relationship.
