Based in Milton, this full-time fixed-term contract supports program delivery through stakeholder engagement, administration and reporting, helping keep CRM and databases accurate. Qualifications
Previous experience in administration, program support, coordination or customer service
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
Responsibilities
Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide exceptional customer support
Maintain accurate records, databases and CRM systems
Prepare reports, program documentation and communications
Support program operations and system administration
Assist with meetings, events and engagement activities
Work closely with a supportive and collaborative team
