Job summary

Queenslanders with Disability Network Ltd (QDN) in Brisbane is seeking a Project Support Officer – Systems Transformation to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) and aligns with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award, Level 4.1.

You will support project delivery, assist system audits and improvements, provide CRM and data governance input, and help develop dashboards to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery of projects including activities, data tracking and administration with Lead and relevant teams.
• Support system audits and improvements to data quality, engagement, workflow efficiencies, automation.
• Provide responsive systems support across the organisation including troubleshooting.
• Assist in training staff, CRM administration, data governance, and identifying data gaps.
• Contribute to tools that measure impact and streamline operations.
• Assist in creating dashboards to improve reporting.
